Having recently come across this information on the City of Farmington Hills, MI website, I thought I'd share a link with you. Is the City of Farmington Hills, MI gently reminding homeowners how lucky we are?
This information is based on the average State Equalized Value (SEV) for the City of Farmington Hills, Michigan, which appears to be $108,500. Oddly, the graphic indicates that SEV is half of your homes current market value!!! On what planet? That "rule of thumb" is so out dated, it's a joke! Please call me for information on the market value of your property.
