It's been SIX months (yikes) since the last update regarding homes that have sold in Kendallwood. In that time, eleven homes have sold with an average price of $157,791. In my opinion, at least one home sold at a far above average price and pushed the average over $150K. The average days that these homes were on the market was 181 days.
