It's been eighty (80) days since my last update regarding properties recently sold in Kendallwood Farms. (Drum-roll please) ONE house has sold in that time period. The Brandywine Road property is a 1528 square foot, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath brick ranch and features a full basement and 2 car attached garage. The sale price was $135,000 and sold in 14 days. (It was priced "correctly" and in excellent condition). There is currently a property "pending" on Old Forge Lane - if you are interested in the actual sold price, please call and ask.
