TRUST ME - I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU'RE CONFUSED

I recently received all three of these headlines in a single google alert! At first I simply shook my head in disbelief and then realized that if it took a REALTOR a few minutes to make sense of it - "Joe Public" must be really confused! The bottom line it this: EVERY situation is different - you need to talk one on one with a REALTOR to discuss the current market conditions in YOUR area. Call me and we will make a plan that makes sense!

Yes, all these headlines do look confusing and even in 'a' specific area, every short sale is different and requires handling according to its own special circumstances.
