SOLDS!

I am so excited to report that FIVE homes have sold (and closed) in Kendallwood Farms since my last update on July 1st. Unfortunately, the average sales price was $139,080 and took an average of 120 days to sell. But sell they did and if a house is for sale right now, the goal is to "get rid of it." I do not say that with any disrespect, everyone has a different story - some are selling to avoid a pending interest rate increase, others are selling due to a job transfer and some are taking advantage of a super low price on their new dream home and are willing to take a hit on the current property. And, of course, properties are being sold by banks as foreclosures and we all know what that means.
