In the past 30 days, one house has sold in Kendallwood Farms. The home is located on Kendallwood Drive and features 4 bedrooms, 2.1 baths, basement, 2 car attached garage and is 2308 square feet. The sold price was $200,000.

Now I know what you may be thinking - What the heck! And I would have to agree and disagree with you. In fact, the way I see it is this...

Imagine you are the individual that just bought that home! WOW, what an amazing time to buy! How fortunate they must feel to be buying at this time is history and the good fortune they will have upon selling it. Even if they took a big hit when selling their home in order to move to our beautiful subdivision - they certainly may have made up the difference in the low purchase price of the new home on Kendallwood. Of course, I do not know the family that has recently moved in but I am sure to stop by soon and welcome them to Farmington Hills and Kendallwood Farms. Please do the same when you see a new family moving in.
