MORE SOLDS!

Since the May 1st post, 3 (count them, three!) properties have sold in Kendallwood Farms!

The first is a 1487 square foot ranch on Ridgebrook Rd that features 3 bedrooms, 1.1 baths, finished basement and 2 car attached garage. The sold price was $159,500.

The second is a 2084 square foot split level on Bonnet Hill Rd featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, unfinished basement and 2 car attached garage. The sold price was $200,500.

And, last (but definitely not least), is a 1870 square foot colonial on Old Forge Lane featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.1 baths, finished basement and 2 car attached garage. The sold price was $220,000.

In summary, these 3 properties had an average list (asking) price of $209,933, an average sold price of $193,333 and were on the market an average of 255 days.
